We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50, via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. While we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as these are dependent on third-party carriers.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your vintage finds. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on accessories that come into direct contact with skin or hair (such as hats, gloves, or intimate apparel) unless they are faulty.

Return Process:

  • We will provide a Returns Authorisation form and instructions

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product. Price differences will be either invoiced or refunded as appropriate.
