Your Journey to Vintage Style: Shipping Information

We whisk your order from our vintage vaults to your doorstep with care and speed.

  • Order Processing: Our team carefully handpicks and packages your vintage treasure. This takes 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we ship via EMS. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after it ships. (Please note: excludes some Asian and remote regions).

You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way to you!

Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is as smooth as our payment system.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number).
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:
To maintain our high vintage quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on Accessories that come into direct contact with skin or hair (such as hats, gloves, or intimate apparel) unless they are faulty. This ensures all our time-travelling customers receive only the best.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Returns Authorisation form and full instructions on where to send your package.
  4. Package & Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the completed form, and ship it to:

Return Shipping & Refunds

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product. If the new item costs more, we will invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your vintage piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund!
