While we carefully curate each item from the 1920s to the 2000s to ensure quality, we understand that sometimes things might not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve created a hassle-free returns process that’s as smooth as our payment system!

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Accessories that come into direct contact with skin or hair (such as hats, gloves, or intimate apparel) unless they are faulty. This helps us maintain our vintage quality standards for all our time-travelling customers!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return process:

  1. Contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. We’ll email you a returns authorisation form and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the completed returns form in your package

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution)

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product. If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or something different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund!
